Introducing Ed Walsh
Real Estate Consultant to Ken Neal and Pierre Campagne.
Originally born in Ireland, Ed has been a Vancouver Island resident since 1981. In 1998 Ed fell both in love with the Cowichan Valley and his wife Sarah, who was born and raised in the area. With their newest addition Heidi, a purebred St. Bernard, both Ed and Sarah take full advantage of the beautiful natural surroundings the valley offers for hiking. After completing his education at UBC in 2003 for a career in real estate, Ed  was asked to join Ken Neal & Associates as their fourth fully licensed realtor. Working for many years in the sports and recreational field as a sales manager, Ed has learned how important it is to put his clients' needs first and to follow through with all promises. Possessing a strong work ethic and a passion for real estate, Ed is a welcomed addition to our team.
As a Real Estate Consultant, Ed has the same qualifications, education and insurance as other realtors in the area, but he operates under Ken Neal and Pierre Campagne's name. Ed primarily works with purchasers as a buyer's specialist. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the market and is well deserving of the trust and confidence his buyers have in him.
When the buyer has decided to make an offer to purchase a home, Ed will carefully evaluate the property to estimate the true market value. A well written offer is then prepared dealing with all potential concerns of the buyer. Once the negotiating is done, Ed leads the buyers through all aspects of the purchase including property inspections, financing direction, title research, and anything else that is needed. He is there for assistance up to and beyond the closing.
Ed is very capable in all aspects of the business including listing properties for Ken and Pierre, receiving and negotiating offers, subject removals, and all other matters relating to Real Estate transactions.
