Within 3 months after you close, we will market and sell your home FREE of any commission to us. There may be an obligation to pay a buyer's specialist commission and other closing costs, but you will owe us nothing.

Terms of Guarantee
We guarantee that if you are not happy with your purchase of your property through Ken Neal and decide to sell within 3 months after possession, Ken will sell it for FREE! It is agreed that the property will be put on the Multiple Listing Service system and Ken will waive his listing side of the commission. You will owe us nothing! You will be responsible for the selling side of the commission. This selling commission will be no less than 3% on the first $100,000 of the sale price and 1.50% on the balance, plus applicable GST. It is understood that Ken Neal has to approve the listing price of the home (if it is over 2% greater than the purchase price).
