Within 7 days:

- Install professional, highly visible directional sign (where permitted).
- Measure your property's room sizes and square footage.
- Verify all facts pertaining to your property.
- Take digital photos inside and out of your property.
- Install high-security electronic lock box.
- Match your listing with our current buying contacts.
- Submit to Internet http://www.mls.ca/, http://remax-duncan.bc.ca/, http://www.remax.com/, our Award Winning Website http://www.kenneal.com/.
- Submit your advertising to the newspaper.
- Prepare a comprehensive full color information sheet that contains a list of features & benefits of your property & distribute them in your home, at the RE/MAX office and during the realtor tour.
- Submit to Vancouver Island Real Estate Board as well as Victoria Real Estate Board, if applicable.
- Prepare a Home Booklet for your property, which contains everything a buyer should know about the property concerning your listing such as features, measurements, zoning, restrictions, plot plan, site survey, etc. This way the selling realtor and potential buyer have all information on your home at hand.
- Schedule your open house for the local Realtors to preview.
- Contact all realtors who have shown your property & report back to you.
- Set up a client only section page on our website so you can review showing activity on your home 24 hrs a day.
Within 30 days:
- Tour your home with Real Estate Network (local top Realtors) and provide feedback.
- Send copies of www.mls.ca and your property on www.KenNeal.com out to you.
- Call weekly to give you feedback.
- Post feedback daily on your secure section of our website with feedback on showings.
- UPDATE-If your property receives no offers within 30 days or so, we will provide you with an updated evaluation.
Thereafter:
- Continue advertising regularly until your property is SOLD.
- Continue advertising 24 hours per day on MLS® & mls.ca and www.KenNeal.com.
- Continue to promote the benefits of your listing through networking with other agents.
- Continue contacting you regularly providing feedback on showings and market updates.
- Continue to return your calls promptly.
