Life is short, seize the day!

Ron and Kari Neal with their two grandchildren

For the last 33 years, Real Estate has been my life. It has brought me many friends, ups and downs, joys and tears, challenges, and has certainly rewarded me for the sacrifice of the time I gave it. Now it’s time for my family, friends, and Kari to have 100% of my time. Kari and I now have 2 beautiful grandchildren who we love to watch grow and spend time with. I also love woodworking, gardening, cooking, traveling, camping, living on the lake, pickle ball, exploring on our ATV, and now 24 hours a day that will be ours to enjoy.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working in the Cowichan Valley and feel honored that so many of you placed your trust in me with your Real Estate needs. The success of my Real Estate career has been based on the relationships we have built, and I would not be where I am without you. Thank you all for your loyalty, I am truly grateful.

Over the last 5 years, I have been preparing for retirement. I have been mentoring Paul Tedrick who is also with Pemberton Holmes, and referring a number of my clients to Paul. Paul has now successfully helped over 50 referrals that I have entrusted him with glowing reports.

Paul is an outstanding agent who works similarly to how I do; he is very ethical and reliable, returns his calls and emails promptly, always puts his customers’ needs first, has great marketing systems, and has a solid proven track record as one of the Top Pemberton Holmes Realtors year after year. If you are considering a move to the Cowichan Valley I encourage you to give Paul a call, you won’t be disappointed.
